Do you live overseas but want to receive your business mail at a prestigious London address ? We provide comprehensive UK company formation for non-resident business owners with our business address service for non-UK residents.
If you're looking to enhance your brand presence and identity in the UK, you can do so with our virtual office address in London , which you can use to receive business correspondence from clients, customers and more.
How does it work? When you opt for our business postal address service, we will receive all your non-statutory business-related letters and parcels. We will open, scan and forward your mail to the email address given during your application. We can also forward your mail to your overseas postal address for an additional charge of 50p plus postage per item.
When you get a business address with Mint Formations, you can avoid unsolicited letters, hide your overseas home address and safeguard yourself and your family from potential identity theft. We will automatically eliminate and destroy all junk mail at no additional cost.
A registered office address in a prestigious central London location is an effective way to enhance your brand image and appeal to your UK and European customers. It instantly gives you a professional presence in the capital of the UK. Please note that this registered office address cannot be used as the address displayed on the public record with Companies House or HMRC. You can only use our address as your business contact address.
You cannot use our UK business address service to receive statutory mail from HMRC and Companies House with the UK address service alone. However, you can receive both statutory and non-statutory mail (from your suppliers and customers) to our prestigious London address by buying both a registered office service and a UK business address service. With both services, we will open and scan your mail and can forward documents to you.

Order your overseas business address today — £99/yearYes, you can use your home address as your business correspondence address, but we don't recommend it. Your residential address will be visible to your customers, vendors, clients, other third parties and the general public. This puts your privacy at risk to unscrupulous people, marketing agencies and customers. We recommend using our business address service to protect your privacy — available for less than £10 a month.
As part of our business postal address service, we will ask you to pay a deposit of £50 and put this towards forwarding costs. When it depletes to under £5, we will ask you to top up the deposit.
Our prestigious London address can be used to receive correspondence from your customers and suppliers. We will receive your letters and parcels at our office and scan and send your mail to the email address given during your application. If you wish to receive your mail by post, we will not open your mail and, instead, forward it to your postal address for an additional charge of 50p per item plus postage. We will automatically eliminate and destroy junk mail as a free service.
Our clients have fed back their frustration at having to pay to receive forwarded junk mail by post or email. That's why we will automatically eliminate mail that we deem to be junk and destroy it. If you do not wish to use this service, please confirm this in writing.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the mail we destroy as part of our elimination of junk mail service, but we will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure we do not destroy non-junk mail or forward junk mail.
The cost of forwarding your mail is not included in our annual price. Our charge for this service is the Royal Mail postage rate plus 50p per item sent.
With our business address service, non-UK residents receive the same service as our UK residents. However, if you choose our optional add-on mail forwarding service (instead of scan and email), the deposit required is slightly larger.
We are mandated to collect and verify proof of ID and address to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and the London Local Authorities Act. In your welcome email, we will send you the list of documents we require from you.
We are a registered office address provider — which is a legal requirement for company formation — the address you provide will be published in the public register. All statutory letters from HMRC and Companies House will be sent to this address. However, our London company address service is optional and is not a legal requirement. You can use a business postal address service to receive non-statutory mail at our prestigious London address (and hide your home address). Both are different services and must be purchased separately.
