Why do companies register for VAT?

Companies register for VAT if they expect their turnover to exceed £90,000 in the next 12 months. It is a legal requirement to register for VAT, unless your business is exempt. Even if your company turnover is expected to be less than £90,000 you can still register voluntarily.

How do we register for your VAT?

As soon as we incorporate your company, we will email you a questionnaire. This questionnaire will request additional information for VAT registration with HMRC. Once we receive the requested information, we will file it with HMRC on your behalf. VAT approval process usually takes between 8 and 21 days.

As soon as your VAT registration is approved, we will send the details to you by email. You will receive your VAT registration certificate by post from HMRC.

Data protection registration

Want to enroll your company with information commissioner office for data protection registration?
